I was checking out War Tribe’s new gis last week, and I saw this blog post that resonated with me. I am one of those who ditched the gym for jiu jitsu because of the full mind & body workout as well as the sense of community you get with it. My jiu jitsu community, Diego Saraiva BJJ, is now like my 2nd family – full of positive, like-minded people who help inspire and motivate me everyday. I’m much healthier and happier as a result.
