Calling all you early birds …. we are adding a 6am morning jiu jitsu class – All Levels with Gi — on Tuesdays!  Our first class will be next Tuesday, Sept 24th — at 6am.  We are excited to be adding to our schedule already — for us it’s a sign of growth.  We hope for you it’s a sign that we are listening.  Many of you have asked about an early morning option, so here is a start.

An early morning jiu jitsu class is especially good news for people who find it difficult to make an afternoon or evening class, but there are many benefits to working out in the morning even if you could do otherwise.  It’s worth considering.  This Healthline article “13 Benefits of Working Out in the Morning”, includes info and research showing that early morning exercise may be better for:
